We spend 3 nights at this mother and daughter B&B. The place is really clean and nice. The Ladies were very helpful when we needed some help (like calling to a local establishment or heating up some food) and they serve a great breakfast. The place is in a walking distance (30 min.) to Bled lake and has supermarket near by. The WiFi didn’t work properly when we stayed there, but otherwise, a very nice place. Stayed August 2014, traveled as a couple.
We spent two unforgetable days at Tavcar Apts. This is a top notch property. All the furniture and other amenities were first class. The property is only 2km away from Lake Bled which is a plus since at times Bled coukd prove to be a bit crowded. B’fast was devine. Very varied and a lot of homemade food like jams and what have you. The hosts were so very helpfull and always there when needed. Highly recommended property. Thank you for such an unforgetable stay. My family just got back from staying here for 4 nights. We are a family of 5 and had the apartment with the galley. It was very clean and perfect for us ( the boys loved staying upstairs in the 3 single beds). There is a small kitchen area and separate bedroom. Tina and her family are all super friendly. You can walk to Lake Bled from here, we did the first day. It is pretty far and there isn’t the best sidewalks ( in areas there is none at all). I would recommend driving down to the lake. The gorge is also within walking distance. Make sure to visit the restaurant right by the apartment ( right before you turn right onto the apartment street). Thanks Tina and family.
